White-label wedding video editing

Your brand on every film, ours on none of them. Unbranded deliverables, a free NDA, and an editing team your clients will never hear from.

  • No watermarks
  • No credits
  • Free NDA
  • No client contact
  • Deleted 90 days after delivery

What is white-label wedding video editing?

White-label wedding video editing means an outside editor produces your films, but your clients only ever see your brand. With us that’s the default, not an add-on: deliverables are unbranded, there are no watermarks or credits, we sign an NDA on request for free, and we never contact your couples.

How we stay invisible

What clients might see What we do
Watermarks or logos None, ever
End cards or credits None
File names or metadata naming us Exported clean
Your logo and titles Added to your template, if you use them
Emails or messages from us Never. We work only with you
Your wedding in our portfolio Only with your prior written consent

The NDA

We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, free, before your first project. It’s in place before any footage is shared.

Is white-label editing ethical?

Yes. It’s standard practice across creative industries, much like hiring a second shooter. Your couple hired you for your direction, coverage and the finished film. You still set the creative standard and approve every edit before it reaches them. What matters is that you deliver what you promised. If a client asks you directly who edited their film, be honest.

Architects hire structural engineers. Ad agencies hire retouchers. Photographers send RAW files to editing houses. Wedding filmmakers outsourcing post-production is part of the same pattern.

Built for studios and production agencies

Production companies and multi-shooter studios use us as overflow during peak season or as their whole post-production team.

  • Each brand gets its own style sheet. Run two brands with different looks? Your edits never cross over.
  • Each shooter’s footage is handled the same way, so your films stay consistent no matter who filmed.
  • Steady monthly volume? The Studio Plan gives you a dedicated editor for $899 a month.

Discretion includes data security

White-label isn’t just about logos. It’s about what happens to your clients’ footage. Here’s exactly what we commit to:

  • Footage is transferred over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Only your assigned editor and reviewer can access it.
  • Raw footage is permanently deleted 90 days after delivery. Backups are purged within 30 days.
  • Early deletion on request, confirmed within 5 business days.
  • Your footage is never used to train third-party AI systems.

How to talk to clients about your editing team

You don’t have to hide that you work with a team, and you don’t have to volunteer it either. If a couple asks, a simple, honest answer works:

“I direct and shoot every wedding myself, and I work with a trusted post-production team on the edit. I write the brief, review every cut, and nothing reaches you until I’ve approved it.”

That’s accurate, professional, and it’s how most production companies work.

A white-label checklist for choosing any editor

Before you send footage to any editing service, confirm:

  • No watermarks, logos or credits on any deliverable
  • No contact with your clients, ever
  • An NDA available before the first project
  • Portfolio use only with your written permission
  • A written footage retention and deletion policy
  • A clear answer on whether footage is used to train AI
  • Project files delivered, so you can make changes yourself

We meet every item on this list by default.

Getting started

  1. Ask for the NDA, if you want one, when you place your first order.
  2. Send your brief and branding: logo, title template and fonts if your films use them.
  3. Start with one wedding, using the $199 trial highlight film.
  4. Review in Frame.io and approve. Deliver to your couple under your name.

Frequently asked questions

Will my clients know I outsourced the edit?

Not from us. Every deliverable is white-label by default: unbranded, no watermarks, no credits. We sign an NDA on request, free, before your first project, and we never contact your clients.

What happens to my footage after delivery?

We keep raw footage for 90 days after delivery so you can request changes, then permanently delete it. Backups are purged within 30 days. You can ask for early deletion anytime, and we’ll confirm within 5 business days.

Do you use my footage to train AI?

No. Client footage is never used in third-party AI training systems, and we never use your work in our portfolio without your prior written consent.

Who do you edit for?

Wedding videographers, filmmakers, studios and production agencies. We’re a business-to-business, white-label editing studio. We edit footage you’ve already shot. We don’t film weddings and we don’t take orders from couples.

Your name on the film. Always.

Your first highlight film is $199 instead of $349: 4–6 minutes, 14 business days, 3 revisions, and covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.
