About working with us
Who do you edit for?
Wedding videographers, filmmakers, studios and production agencies. We’re a business-to-business, white-label editing studio. We edit footage you’ve already shot. We don’t film weddings and we don’t take orders from couples.
Will my clients know I outsourced the edit?
Not from us. Every deliverable is white-label by default: unbranded, no watermarks, no credits. We sign an NDA on request, free, before your first project, and we never contact your clients.
Do you work with videographers outside the US?
Yes. We’re 100% remote and work with videographers in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia and beyond. All prices are in USD and we work in English.
Is it ethical to outsource wedding editing?
Yes. It’s standard practice across creative industries, much like hiring a second shooter. Your couple hired you for your direction, coverage and the finished film, and you still set the creative standard and approve every edit. If a client asks directly, be honest with them.
I'm getting married. Can you edit my wedding video?
We only work with professional videographers and studios, so we’re not the right fit for couples. If you hired a videographer, ask them about their editing timeline.
Pricing, trial and guarantee
How much does wedding video editing cost?
A 4–6 minute highlight film is $349, a 45–90 minute full wedding film $449, a teaser $149, a ceremony edit $149, a speech edit $129, and social reels start at $99. The Complete Suite (teaser, highlight and full film) is $699, and the Studio Plan is $899 a month for three highlight edits.
How does the $199 trial work?
Your first order can be a 4–6 minute highlight film for $199 instead of the regular $349. It includes a 14-business-day turnaround and 3 revisions. It’s covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee on the $199 trial: if you’re not satisfied with the first draft, email us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it, provided you haven’t yet requested a revision or downloaded/approved the final video.
What is your money-back guarantee?
7-day money-back guarantee on the $199 trial: if you’re not satisfied with the first draft, email us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it, provided you haven’t yet requested a revision or downloaded/approved the final video.
What if my film needs to be longer than the package length?
Extended length is quoted upfront, before we start, so you always know the price in advance.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Rush is +$99 and halves the turnaround on a teaser or highlight film. A highlight film then takes 7 business days instead of 14.
How does the Studio Plan work?
The Studio Plan is $899 a month for 3 highlight edits, a dedicated editor who learns your style, and a 10-day turnaround. You can pause it anytime, which is useful in the off-season.
Footage, software and process
How do I send you footage?
Share a Google Drive or Dropbox link. We accept up to 500GB per project and up to 5 cameras, drone included. Include your audio files, any LUTs, licensed music if you’re supplying it, and your style brief.
How many cameras can you handle?
Up to 5 camera angles per project, drone included, plus separate audio recorders. Multicam sync is part of every edit.
Which editing software do you use, and can I get the project file?
We edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects for titles and motion graphics, DaVinci Resolve for color grading, and Final Cut Pro. Along with the rendered film, we deliver an organized project timeline in your choice of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
Can you match my editing style?
Yes, that’s the core of the job. Send a short style brief and two or three of your own films, with notes on pacing, music, color and must-include moments. Your editor builds a style sheet from them, and every edit is checked against it in our two-stage review before you see it.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround is counted in business days from when we have your complete footage and brief: speech and ceremony edits 5, teasers and social reels 7, highlight films 14, full wedding films and the Complete Suite 21. Studio Plan edits have a 10-day turnaround. Rush (+$99) halves teaser and highlight turnaround.
How do revisions work?
You review drafts in Frame.io and leave time-stamped comments. Teasers, speech, ceremony and social reels include 2 revision rounds. Highlight films, full films and the trial include 3. In the Complete Suite and Studio Plan, each film keeps its own revisions. Extra rounds are $49 each.
Is music included?
Yes. Licensed tracks are included with every project, or we cut to tracks you’ve already licensed. Tell us which in your brief.
Is color grading included?
Yes. Every film we deliver is graded in DaVinci Resolve at no extra cost. We match your cameras, protect skin tones, and apply the look from your brief or your LUTs.
Privacy and security
What happens to my footage after delivery?
We keep raw footage for 90 days after delivery so you can request changes, then permanently delete it. Backups are purged within 30 days. You can ask for early deletion anytime, and we’ll confirm within 5 business days.
Who can see my footage?
Only your assigned editor and the lead who reviews the edit. Footage is transferred over HTTPS/TLS and is never shared with your clients or any third party beyond the storage and transfer services needed to do the work.
Do you use my footage to train AI?
No. Client footage is never used in third-party AI training systems, and we never use your work in our portfolio without your prior written consent.
