1. Services
We edit footage you supply into the deliverables you order, as described on our pricing page at the time of your order. We do not film events.
2. Orders and footage
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. You supply footage via Google Drive or Dropbox links (up to 500GB per project, up to 5 cameras including drone) together with a brief. Turnaround is counted in business days and begins when we have complete footage and brief.
3. Turnaround
Speech and ceremony edits: 5 business days. Teasers and social reels: 7. Highlight films and the trial: 14. Full wedding films and the Complete Suite: 21. Studio Plan edits: 10-day turnaround. Rush (+$99) halves teaser and highlight turnaround. Turnaround refers to delivery of the first draft. Missing or unreadable footage pauses the clock until it’s resolved.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page (2 or 3; per item for the Complete Suite and Studio Plan). A revision round is one consolidated set of notes on a draft. Extra rounds are $49. Changes to the original brief after editing has started (for example, a different song or a new structure) are quoted separately, and we only do that work once you approve the quote.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD as published at the time of order. Extended length is quoted upfront. Payment terms: full payment at order, by Wise or bank transfer against our invoice. Taxes: any taxes that apply are shown on your invoice.
6. Trial offer
The $199 trial (regular $349) applies to your first order only, one per business, for a 4–6 minute highlight film. 7-day money-back guarantee on the $199 trial: if you’re not satisfied with the first draft, email us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it, provided you haven’t yet requested a revision or downloaded/approved the final video. 7. Studio Plan
$899 billed monthly for 3 highlight edits, a dedicated editor and a 10-day turnaround. You may pause anytime. Billing dates, pausing, cancellation and any rollover of unused edits are agreed with you in writing before the plan starts.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or have permission to use the footage, audio and music you supply, and that you have any consents needed to have it edited by a contractor.
9. Music
Licensed tracks are included with every project, or we cut to tracks you’ve licensed. Tracks we provide are licensed for the delivered film’s use under the license terms of the music library used for your project. We share the license details with each delivery. You’re responsible for licenses for tracks you supply.
10. Ownership
On full payment, you own the delivered edits and project files and may deliver them to your clients under your brand. We claim no credit or branding and won’t use your work publicly without your prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
White-label by default: unbranded deliverables, no watermarks. NDA signed on request, free, before your first project. Footage handling is described in our footage privacy & security policy.
12. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the fees you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited. We’re not responsible for the content or technical quality of the original footage.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING-LAW JURISDICTION].
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
