2. Cancelling before editing starts
If you cancel before we begin editing, you receive a full refund.
3. Cancelling after editing starts
Once editing has begun, orders are not refundable, except under the trial guarantee above or where the law requires.
4. Studio Plan
You can pause the Studio Plan anytime. Billing, pausing and cancellation terms, including what happens to unused edits, are agreed with you in writing before the plan starts.
5. Late delivery
If a rush delivery arrives later than the rush turnaround, we refund the rush fee.
